The time you choose is your arrival window. We suggest arriving as near the beginning of the time block as you are able. You may enjoy the museum as long as you wish.
Museum Members no longer have to reserve tickets in advance.
The museum will now be reserving a portion of our daily allocation of general admission tickets just for museum members. Not a museum member? Membership is a great deal, and supports the museum. View membership plans here.
Have a SNAP or WIC Card?
If you have an EBT SNAP or WIC card, you are eligible for $1 Admission under Museums for All. Please use the code MFA at checkout to purchase up to 6 tickets at $1 apiece. You will be asked to present your SNAP or WIC Card for verification, along with your ticket(s) when you arrive.
Refund Policy
General Admission Timed Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to visit during your ticketed date and time, you may call us at 520-881-0606 to reschedule your ticket.
